Once you have raised a replacement request, our team will investigate and initiate the replacement process. You will receive an e-mail/sms advising you on the new order confirmation.
You can cancel all items before they have been processed in our warehouses. The refund amount will be credited back into your Bank Account within 15 days in case of online orders.
No & Yes. In most regions/cities we have reverse pickup facility available and will arrange for the product to be picked up from your doorstep. However, if the reverse pickup service is not available in your region/city, we would request your cooperation in sending the product back to us via any courier service of your choice while also sending the courier charge receipt at reachus@shararat.in. We will refund you the courier charges of up to Rs 100.
To return an order, write to our customer care at reachus@shararat.in within 15 days of purchase.Also make sure that the product must be in right order without any damages or any kind of spots.
